At this time, we only deliver flowers locally along the St. Lawrence Seaway corridor.
On occasion, we may ship to Canadian addresses via Canada Post in the autumn, usually dried wreaths or flower bulbs.

Flower Return & Replacement Policy
We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer a replacement of equal value under the following conditions:
Notification within 24 hours of delivery is required for any issues with the flowers.
A photo of the damaged or unsatisfactory product must be provided to assess eligibility for a replacement.
Replacements will be made with flowers of equal or greater value, based on availability.
Please note:
We do not accept returns of used or disposed products.
Replacement does not apply to issues caused by incorrect flower care provided by the customer or failure to properly care for the flowers after delivery or pick-up.
